Terms and Conditions

ENGLABI Terms and Conditions:


  • All orders must be placed by 2pm on Wednesday, to be delivered on either Friday and/or Saturday 
  • Delivery only in the Liphook area (GU30)
  • Orders can only be cancelled 24 hours before delivery date
  • Any cancellation enquires must be emailed to ENGLABI Team 24 hours before date of delivery on customersupport@englabi.com 
  • Orders cancelled can not be refunded, but ENGLABI will give the customer a full credit note for next weeks menu
  • Any customers that have food intolerances or allergies must contact ENGLABI on 07377 540917 before putting any orders through the website
  • ENGLABI only deliver food in Liphook, any orders placed outside of Liphook will be honoured, but the customer will have to pick up the food

A Return and Refund policy:

  • Food delivered to a customers can not be returned
  • Customers cannot cancel orders once they have been placed via the website
  • Customers who wish to cancel there order will not be refunded, but ENGLABI will give the customer a full credit note for next weeks menu
